Anita Baker herself has given Victoria Monét a mark of approval! Isn’t it amazing?

In recent days, a sweet discussion was getting viral on social media where the 64-year-old singer of “Caught Up in the Rapture” replied to a post of tweets from the gifted 34-year-old musician, saying she would love to write a romantic tune to make Baker proud.

Two years back in February, Monét tweeted, “My goal is to write a timeless love song that would make Anita Baker proud.”

Baker retweeted withall love and gratitude, saying, “By using all of your gifts, you’ve already done it, and tagged her X account @VictoriaMonet. The song “How Does It Feel” is a wonderful melody.

I am grateful to R & B for preserving your generation and for your well-earned nominations and awards.” Her final signature was “ABXO.”

“I feel like this is a magical moment and for me it’s a full circle because at the time of my pregnancy everything was filled with uncertainty,” she shared with the media in an exclusive interview.
