Lizzo is on cloud nine after the 75th annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
The pop star, 35, shared on her Instagram handle to celebrate the nomination of her Max concert special Lizzo: Live in Concert received at the award show achievements in primetime television. Although she missed the award to Burnett, 90 for outstanding variety special, Still the singer was happy that she was one in that nominee list.
For her they are already winners and to celebrate that they are up for shots.
Some insight pictures of Late 2022 from her stage performance were shared in the form of a carousel on her Instagram. The “Special” singer shared footage from one of her shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.
Followed by the post, she tagged the Television Academy and the entire team behind the documentary to acknowledge the team, express her gratitude for being in the nominations. She wrote a heartfelt note about what the nomination meant to her.
The post includes, “Out of 100’s the Emmy chose their track for category Variety Special; which is an honor for me to share the list with other legends”.
The Grammy winner continued by shouting out her collaborators, including Cardi B, Missy Elliott and SZA, who all appeared as guests in the special. “This toast is for my special tour family as we encountered thai game changing life together which no one can take this from us”.
She wrote. “Thank You and tagged @missymisdemeanorelliott @iamcardib @sza for making it extra special for us”.
In conclusion she expressed her emotions by saying, “I’m DOING SHOTS TONIGHT CUZ WE ARE ALREADY WINNERS AND MORE THAN CONQUERORS. I’m TAGGING EVERYBODY IN THE PICS — I LOVE YOU, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, AND YOU CAN DO ANYTHING.” She included emoji of hearts in the caption.

Back in 2022, Lizzo’s track Watch Out for the Big Grrrls at Amazon Prime Video Series was nominated and she took the award for outstanding competition program.
