Let’s start from the beginning — where did your story in entertainment truly begin?

My story in entertainment began in a small town in Lavon, Texas. I grew up as an only child with a vivid imagination fueled by big dreams of becoming a performing artist one day. Growing up in a small town as a young girl with a big heart and passion for the arts wasn’t always easy. I never felt like I fit in at school and always felt my dreams being undermined or laughed at by those around me because there was little to no representation of success in the performing arts in my community, but I never let the criticism and hate stop me. I used it as fuel to make me stronger and develop the thick skin I needed to pursue my dreams full speed and become the representation for my community that I once longed for.

Who or what first made you fall in love with performing?

There was never really a certain moment or person that made me fall in love with performing; it was really more of a safe space for me as a kid to best express myself. Music was an outlet that I could go to whenever I felt any type of way, whether I was happy or sad. Music was always there to comfort me and make me feel at peace with my feelings. Music has profoundly inspired me in numerous ways over the years and will forever remain my foremost passion. Music unlocked so many beautiful parts of myself and taught me how to be vulnerable and open with my emotions in ways that nothing else could have had the capacity to unleash.

Was there a defining moment when you knew that this was your purpose?

There wasn’t a specific defining moment when I knew music was my life and purpose; however, I remember always putting on concerts for my stuffed animals and mom at home and spending so many hours just listening to music and finding it the most entertaining and fascinating thing in the world. Ever since I was around the age of four, if you asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always say I wanted to become a “pop star,” and people would laugh and tell me I was cute at the time, but I’ve always meant it. I always knew it was my destiny and sole purpose in this lifetime. I truly believe I was born to create music and share healing and positivity through my music.

What was your first big opportunity, and how did it change your life?

My first big opportunity was probably the time I got to sing a duet with Kelly Clarkson, featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show. It was life-changing because it truly was a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I went to a casting call that The Kelly Clarkson Show had put out looking for the best singers in Texas to be featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show. I had no clue that Kelly Clarkson was going to actually be there, but she eventually came out, surprising everyone, and sure enough, I received the opportunity to sing a duet with her. To my surprise, it quickly went viral on social media. The viral nature of that one video led to numerous opportunities for me.

Every journey has challenges—what were some of the toughest moments you faced starting out?

There’s definitely been some bumps, curves, twists, and dips in the road, but I wouldn’t trade any of my life experiences for anything. There have been a lot of challenging moments I’ve faced along the way, not only in my journey into the entertainment industry but also in my personal life as well. Both the struggles I’ve faced while pursuing my dreams and the personal struggles I’ve faced have made me who I am today, not only as an individual but also as a creative and performing artist. I think the best artists use both the professional as well as personal difficulties they have inevitably faced in their lives in their art form by channeling their pain and sorrow into something beautiful in their own therapeutic and artistic way, offering them a safe space of healing and an outlet they need most to best express their innermost emotions and feelings. One of the hardest struggles I’ve faced along the way has to be when a certain family member close to me stepped away due to their own reasoning and left me in a very vulnerable and emotionally unstable state. It was very hard for me to comprehend, and it left me dealing with a lot of issues, including carrying around a mass amount of emotional baggage with me everywhere I went. It made me believe that there was something wrong with me and that I was the problem. I yearned for closure and for a realistic and heartfelt answer and apology.

I think the hardest challenge was trying to grapple with my mental health and not let myself sink and drown, even when it felt like I couldn’t handle the pain any longer. Ever since that significant battle in my life, I have evolved in many ways, and I have discovered a new side to myself that I have never seen or imagined before. A side of vulnerability to let my walls down humanely, but also a side of determination, strength, and drive like no other to show up for myself and not let the struggles I face determine the outcome of my future and my life. It made me realize that the most impactful thing I could do was show up for myself every single day and never take no for an answer. It made me realize that I was the one who ultimately determined the ending of the story I wanted to write for myself, not other people or their actions. I know I have something special to offer this world, so I’ll keep on fighting, and I won’t give up until I accomplish that mission. I made it a testimony to myself to be persistent and keep on pushing because now I know that when it is my time and when the right

opportunity comes my way, my talent will be seen, heard, and recognized in the most rewarding way. In a way that nobody will be able to manipulate or come in between, as hard as they might try. What is meant to be will be mine, but in the meantime, even through the strife, I promise I will continue to work hard and patiently and pursue my dreams.

What’s been your proudest or most memorable experience on set or on stage so far?

My most memorable experience on set has been when I was an actress on the set of season two of Landman on Paramount Plus, set to release this November 2025. I remember just being in awe of the entire production process and falling in love with the glitz and glamour of it all. I loved getting a firsthandexperience behind the scenes of what it was like to film a TV series and just how many moving parts there were to putting on such a feat. My most memorable experience on stage so far has been performing my debut Los Angeles show at The Viper Room. That was my favorite performance in retrospect just because I remember being so nervous for my debut show because I was always worried about the competition in a big city full of talented singers and songwriters in Hollywood, but the second I stepped on stage, I fit right in, and it finally felt like I was home. The feeling was indescribable; it was a sense of belonging I hadn’t felt in my career in quite some time. My heart felt so full by the end of the night, and it was the most welcoming experience I’ve had thus far in the city I am now so blessed to call my home.

How do you prepare yourself—mentally, emotionally, or physically—before taking on a major project?

I prepare myself mentally, emotionally, and physically before taking on a major project by making sure all three of those aspects, as well as my well-being and mental state, are all in check and aligned with each other. I like to spend some quiet time alone, allowing myself to step into that vulnerable and emotional space to harness those feelings that I wish to showcase through my music or acting and allow myself to feel everything and fully immerse myself into either the character I’m portraying or the emotions I want to express through my music and performance.

When you read a new script or begin a creative project, what excites you most?

The most exciting part about a new script or creative project is always the emotional and personal aspect for me. I always like to see how I can bring parts of myself into my music or acting and see how I can resonate and connect with either my music or

characters. I feel that’s what makes it so personable for me and so meaningful to me. Each project, song, and role I tackle has different parts of me that have been poured into those tapped emotions and feelings that get displayed when performed and executed. It’s the most therapeutic as well as exciting part of being able to share those parts of myself in a way that only the arts could achieve.

How do you connect personally with the roles or songs you bring to life?

As I mentioned before, I always find parts of me in each song and character that help me connect to my work on a deeper level and truly bring those emotions and feelings to life. I like to call it the groundwork of what I do, and it’s what allows me to be the most authentic artist as well as actress. I don’t put on a “performance”; rather, I let the performance showcase parts of my life through metaphorical aspects, whether that is through music or character work.

Who are some artists, actors, or directors who inspire your work?

Some artists who inspire my work include Teddy Swims, Amy Winehouse, Beyoncé, and Adele, just to name a few. Actors who inspire my work include Meryl Streep, Scarlett Johansson, Emma Stone, and Kate Hudson. Directors and producers who inspire my work include Kenny Ortega, Steven Spielberg, Justin Tranter, and Benny Blanco.

What kind of stories or messages do you hope to share through your art?

I hope to spread much-needed positivity and love through my music and art. I believe this world needs that more than ever. We need healing as well as a source of connection and purpose in our lives. I believe music is such a beautiful and magical thing, as it is a universal language and worldwide connector. I’ve said it before in several interviews, but I love how people perceive my music in their own unique way that makes it special and memorable to them. One person might perceive my song as a way to heal from a toxic relationship, while another person might perceive my song as a way to move on from a not-so-great friend who isn’t treating them as they should be. I find it special how music can be perceived in so many different ways but ultimately achieve the same goal of belonging and a sense of humanity that this generation needs more than ever.

When you’re not working, what do you love to do to unwind and recharge?

Besides acting on set or recording and writing up a storm in the studio, I am also a working model, influencer, and content creator. I am very passionate about dancing, and

my hobbies include working out, running, traveling, listening to music, watching movies, spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and taking pictures. I’m very active and love to try new activities, especially if they’re outdoors. My favorite place is the beach. If I could spend every day tanning, swimming, walking, and listening to music on the beach, I would!

Are there any causes, charities, or social missions that are close to your heart?

Absolutely, my mission behind my music and everything I do is to provide an outlet of healing and to bring more happiness and positivity into the world by doing what I love and what I do best. I feel that our world really needs that, especially now more than ever. Aside from wanting to leave a positive impact on the world through my music, I am partnering with Mental Health America through my debut EP, “I don’t wanna feel anymore.” 25% of my proceeds from my EP will be donated directly to Mental Health America to help advance the mental health and well-being of everyone living in the United States. Mental Health America is an organization dedicated to advancing the mental health and well-being of all people in the U.S. Mental health is a vital aspect of our lives, yet many struggle to access the resources they desperately need. Together, we can make a meaningful impact. Your generous donations will help Mental Health America continue their essential work in our communities. Your support makes a difference in providing educational resources to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues and advocating for public policy changes that ensure better access to mental health services for all individuals. Please join me in this collective cause to support Mental Health America. Every dollar counts and can bring hope to those in need.

What keeps you grounded while living in such a fast-paced and competitive industry?

My faith has kept me grounded while thriving in such a fast-paced and competitive industry. My faith has proven a testimony to me in so many ways throughout my life, but especially when it comes to all of my professional pursuits. My faith has served as a perfect example of what it means to banish all self-doubt and to fully rest in peace, reassured in your own humanity and being. The entertainment industry is a harsh world, and while you meet many great people along the way, it’s also filled with many people who aren’t who they claim to be. They will attempt to deceive you for their own benefit. My faith has shown me that I never need to compromise who I am or any of the morals or boundaries I have set for myself for an opportunity or door to open, for I know God

has all of the right opportunities and lucky breaks right around the corner coming my way. I know all of the hard work I have put into making my dreams come true over the years, and I know that all of that hard work has not been hidden behind closed doors but rather done in silence, for I don’t need to prove myself to anyone or any opportunity, for God sees my true character and work ethic and will favor me for me. I don’t doubt my talents, as I know they were gifts given to me from the Most High as tools to bring others joy and leave my own unique positive impact on the world that is true to who I am. Being humble and staying in the right faith-based mindset has changed my life in so many ways for the better and has truly grounded and impacted not only how I see myself but also how I perceive my dreams within the entertainment industry.

SECTION 5: DREAMS, GOALS & THE FUTURE

What’s next on your vision board—any upcoming roles, releases, or goals you can share?

Next on my vision board and my biggest goal right now is to get my debut EP, “I don’t wanna feel anymore,” completely released and available to stream on all music platforms. My debut album has been in the works for so long now, and while I currently have two singles off the album out and available on all music platforms, I still have so many songs I am eager to include on the EP and would love to get them released for both me and my listeners as soon as possible.

What’s one dream collaboration that would mean everything to you?

One dream collaboration that would mean absolutely everything to me would be a collaboration with Teddy Swims. I’m sure you all know how much I admire him and his music because I talk about him all the time, but he really influenced a lot of my songs off my debut EP. My first single off my album “Trust Issues” was heavily influenced by “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims. I remember hearing “Lose Control” on the radio and being absolutely starstruck. I knew I had to write a song with the same impact that song had on me. His music helped me overcome a lot of challenges in my life and also see a new perspective towards relationships and how I perceived love and wanted to be treated. I would also love to collaborate with Raye; I think her voice is amazing, and we have similar vocal styles as well as musical aspirations when it comes to our artistry.

Where do you see yourself five years from now — both personally and professionally?

Five years from now, I see myself thriving as an artist. I see myself having released several albums, selling out shows, and building a fan base like never before with others who resonate with my music as much as I do. I see myself discovering my full potential

and stepping into the shoes of the artist I have always aspired to become while writing and releasing pieces of music that mean so much to me in hopes of using my music as a positive impact on this world that can bring people together through healing and happiness. I see myself being on tour and sharing my voice and story with so many all over the world. I aspire to leave a timeless legacy for myself through my voice and mission that lives on for many years to come, like all of the greats naturally do.

What advice would you give to young dreamers who look up to you and want to follow in your footsteps?

I would tell young dreamers to hold on tightly to their dreams, work consistently towards making them come true, and never give up even when it seems impossible. The world will try so hard to stray you away from your dreams or mold you in a million ways that simply aren’t you. It’s so important to have this tunnel vision and laser focus when it comes to achieving your dreams as well as seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The journey is a long and difficult one for many in the entertainment industry, so keeping that faith alive and always being self-motivated is key to never giving up and seeing your dreams come true in real time. Anything is possible when you set your mind to it, so being consistent and establishing a solid and bulletproof work ethic and mindset around both criticism and praise is necessary to follow in my footsteps and see your fullest potential come to light.

Dream film or stage role?

Hmm, my dream film role would be to star in a future biopic of an artist I really admire, such as Demi Lovato or Christina Aguilera. I think that would be such a dream role to take on and step into the shoes of a legendary performer that many adore and love. My dream stage role would have to be Nina Rosario in In The Heights. Portraying Nina would be a dream role of mine for sure. Nina is a determined and ambitious young Latina woman determined to break the cycle of mediocrity for her family, much like myself, and the message and story of In The Heights is just so raw and inspirational. It’s a very motivational movie and musical that represents my community so beautifully.

Favorite quote that motivates you?

“All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.” Walt Disney 21. Go-to song, movie, or meal when you’re celebrating success?

That’s such a fun question. My go-to song when I’m celebrating success in my life would have to be Listen by Beyoncé—that’s my “hey look, Mama, I made it” anthem. It’s so empowering and makes me feel liberated, like I can accomplish anything. My go-to movie would have to be The Greatest Showman. In my eyes it’s such an emotionally beautiful masterpiece of a film with a raw and authentic storyline supporting the entire production. My go-to meal would have to be sushi! I love getting sushi with friends or family to celebrate or to just have a good time together. I love seafood, and I’m always in the mood for some good sushi with good company.
